Memorable Final Appearances as a Hammer

Sunday may have been Mark Noble's last appearance for us, he may get on against Brighton, but it got me thinking about how other Hammer's final appearances have gone for us.
Frank McAvennie surely claims the greatest fairy tale ending... knowing he would be released at the end of the season he comes on at half time in his final match and bangs in a hat trick to say farewell in style.
Tevez's last match probably upped the drama, grabbing the winner at Old Trafford that saved us from relegation. Shame he ended up turning out for Man United the following season. Similarly Rio's final match saw him move to the side he'd just beaten, having starred in our first victory in decades at Elland Road.
Not all goodbyes have a happy ending... Di Canio's last match saw us relegated, with Joe Cole also making his last appearance (at least for his first spell with us) in the same match with the added indignity of a red card.
Which other last games for West Ham stick in people's minds?

Think Frank said Mitchell Thomas feigned injury at half time so Bonzo had to bring Frank on. Has to be the best last appearance. Worst would probably be Dicksy. Didn't Harry hang him out to dry away at Charlton or somewhere as a wing back with a dodgy knee?!

It seems you obviously love or hate Tomas Repka... I loved him and his send off was fantastic.

Frankie, Brady, Tevez - you could barely write those scripts without somebody accusing you of hamming it up...
I saw Frankie not long after that game and he was still buzzing even though it was his farewell appearance. Mind you, Frankie was often 'buzzing'!

Probably the most disappointed (other than the FA Cup final loss?) I've ever been as a West Ham supporter that day.

Dean Ashton went off with a cut ear away to WBA after a couple of minutes. Went down for stitches but by the time he came back out the tunnel he had been subbed off. I think Kevin Keen was manager that day as Zola had been announced a couple of days earlier but was taking over after international break.
Ashton never played again.

Joe Cole didn't get sent off on his final game for us (first spell). In fact, I dont believe he ever got sent off for us.

Tevez's winner didn't keep us up. Point would have done us. Mental that this myth still gets pumped out even by our own fans.

Bobby Moore v Hereford in the FA Cup in 1974:
He made a mistake for their goal and was then taken off with an injury. It was rather a sad and ignominious ending to his stellar career with us.

Enough said about this the better, but I often wonder what might have been if he had just wellied the ball down the touch line instead of passing the ball infield to Dailly.
